Agent Commissions
- 100% Commission structure
- Flat $995 fee paid per transaction on homes up to $1 million, $1,995 on homes $1 million+
- Maximum cap of $8,000 paid to the brokerage per agent anniversary year
- We do not charge additional desk or franchise fees
- After you meet the cap, then you keep 100% of your commissions for the rest of the year

Requirements
- Valid real estate license in good standing*
- Membership with the Northwest Multiple Listing Service with Supra access
